There are definitely questions we haven’t answered and we welcome suggestions, feedback, and criticisms. We are particularly interested in “how you like our candle.” We don’t have working hours or days off; we will respond as soon as we see a message on any channel. If you don’t get an immediate response, we may have dirty hands, be sleeping, chasing a runaway dog, or looking for a parking spot (longest delay).
