You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to state a reason for your decision.

In case of returning goods by mail, please attach the invoice to the shipment, along with a properly filled out and signed withdrawal declaration form, which you can print here. The date of withdrawal from the contract is considered to be the date when the shipment is dated by the postal service provider.
The costs of return are to be covered by the customer in case of returning products by mail.
You will receive a refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the Contract Withdrawal form. The refund will be returned using the same payment method you used for the purchase. You can explicitly request a refund using a different payment method, and if this does not entail any additional costs for you (as the buyer), we can refund the amount in the requested manner.
